Matagumpay na naligtasan ng isang 16-day old na sanggol a lalaki ang COVID-19 para maging pinakabatang survivor sa Pilipinas.
Binahagi ng Department of Health (DOH) ang kuwento ni ‘Baby Survivor’ na na-admit sa National Children’s Hospital ng 11 araw dahil sa new coronavirus.
“Meet BABY SURVIVOR, a 16-day old baby who conquered COVID-19! Our frontliners at the National Children’s Hospital tirelessly took care of the neonate for 11 days and successfully nursed him back to health!” saad sa Facebook post ng DOH.
Pinuri ng DOH ang mga nag-alaga sa lalaking sanggol na si Baby Kobe dahil sa matapang na paglaban sa virus.
“The DOH applauds our valiant healthcare team for this feat! We at the DOH commits to provide the needed health commodities and personal protective equipment as our health facilities accept patients of various ages,” sabi pa ng DOH. (Juliet de Loza-Cudia)
