Kumpiyansa si Pangu­long Rodrigo Duterte na maayos na magagampa­nan ni dating Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff at retired general Roy Cimatu ang tungkulin nito bilang bagong kalihim ng Department of Environment and Natural ­Resources (DENR) kapalit ni Gina Lopez.

He is a good officer, a true soldier and I was impressed with his industry.
