Sinimulan na ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang pagpapatawag sa mga business establishments at mga employers groups sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao para malusaw na ang pinatutupad na kontraktuwalisasyon o endo.
Ayon kay Labor and Employment Silvestre H. Bello III, tiniyak nito kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na gagawin lahat ng ahensya para makumbinse ang mga employers sa buong bansa na sumunod sa nais mangyari ng administrasyon.
“We have started holding dialogues with major industry players in the National Capital Region. The establishments, such as malls, food chains, and hotel industries, have big roles to play in ensuring that ‘endo’ or illegitimate contractualization is eliminated,” sabi ni Bello.
Aniya, noong nakaraang linggo ay ginawa ng DOLE Technical Working Group (TWG) ang dayalogo sa Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) sa Luzon gayundin sa mga contractors at sub-contractors sa Visayas at Mindanao.
Sana naman tuloy-tuloy na at hindi ningas kugon lang.
