Nawalan umano ng “most honest” secretary si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte matapos i-reject ng Commission on Appointments (CA) ang appointment ni Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Judy Taguiwalo.

Ito ang pahayag ng dating kasamahan ni Taguiwalo sa University of the Philippines (UP) na si Kabayan party-list Rep. Harry Roque na isa sa mga nadismaya sa pag-reject ng makapangyarihang komisyon sa appointment ng DSWD secretary.

“Such a loss for the country! She was amongst the most honest, hard working and competent member of the Cabinet,” ani Roque.

“CA rejection of Sec. Judy Taguiwalo a tragedy for the people and a win for pork barrel politics,” ani Bayan Muna party-list Rep. Teddy Casino.
