Nagpaliwanag si Nicko Falcis kaugnay ng naging buwelta ni Kris Aquino.
Ito’y tungkol sa sinasabing sumuko na sa mga awtoridad dahil sa inilabas na arrest warrant. May kinalaman ito sa kasong estafa na isinampa matapos mabasura ang qualified theft sa Taguig Prosecutor’s Office.
Ayon kay Falcis, tila minadali umano ang pagkakaso ng estafa sa kanya at aniya hindi siya nabigyan ng pagkakataon na makasagot sa nasabing reklamo.
“The Taguig City Prosecutor DISMISSED the complaint for Qualified Theft similarly like the Makati and Pasig City Prosecutors. However, unlike the two other city prosecutors, the Taguig City Prosecutor charged a case for Estafa miraculously out of nowhere,” ayon sa statement na inilabas ni Falcis sa kanyang Instagram.
“NO complaint was filed against me accusing me of Estafa so I had NO opportunity to respond. The charge deprived me of due process, which is evidently and clearly unfair. We filed all necessary motions to ensure that fairness in the justice system is upheld,” aniya pa.
Saad pa ni Falcis, hindi pa siya nakapagbabayad ng piyansa para sa nasabing pag-aresto dahil sa takot na mameligro ang kanyang buhay.
Ayon sa kanya, kung sakali umanong makulong siya ay posible umanong patayin siya sa loob ng kulungan.
“Nevertheless, I am securing arrangements to ensure I can post bail alive, given that the cases against me are weak and I, more than anyone else, wants the trial to proceed. However, there are recent and serious reports in the media and to us about renewed plans and threats to have me killed, especially at night in prison,” saad ni Nicko.
Noong nakaraang Linggo ay dalawang lalaki umano ang sinabing nagmamatyag sa kanya. Nagkunwari umano ang mga ito bilang government official mula sa Quezon City Hall at tumatambay sa labas ng kanilang bahay na tila hinihintay na hulihin siya.
Pagtataka ni Falcis, masyadong mabilis ang pagsilbi ng arrest warrant ganong kaka-release lang ng nasabing dokumento, at isa pang palaisipan ay gabi naghihintay umano ang mga lalaki at hindi nakasuot ng police uniform. (RP)
