Galawang Napoles ng Phisgoc-Alan tatalupan ni Duterte

Iimbestigahan ni Pa­ngulong Rodrigo Duterte ang umano’y ginawang paglilipat ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) ng P1.5 bilyon sa Philippine SEA Games Organi­zing Committee (Phisgoc) ni chairman Alan Peter Cayetano para sa pagdaraos ng 30th SEAG na itinutulad sa pork barrel scam ni Janet Lim Napoles.

“I really cannot (comment if Phisgoc is similar to Napoles pork scam).. I said I have to investigate ,” sabi ni Duterte nang matanong tungkol sa pasa­bog ni Senador Ping Lacson.

“The right to be heard must be afforded to all in keeping with the Constituonal right to be heard. But of course the existence of that right in the Constitution does not prelude anybody from initiating an investigation, inclu­ding the President. E kung maka-imbestiga ang Congress, lalo na ako,” dag­dag ng Pangulo.

Magugunita na tinawag ni Lacson na ‘galawang Napoles’ ang Phisgoc ni Cayetano dahil sa kuwestiyunableng paglilipat ng P1.5 bilyon na public funds mula sa PSC para sa private foundation ni Cayetano na Phisgoc.

“Remember, individual had been charged and convicted using a private foundation as a repository of public funds. That’s the Napoles case,” sabi ni Lacson na naniniwalang dapat na imbestigahan ito ng Senado.

“After the SEA Games, if a member of the Se­nate blue ribbon committee will file a resolution or deliver a privilege speech in that regard, a Senate inquiry is in order and will definitely be conducted,” sabi pa nito sa isang text message.

Pinagtanggol naman ni Cayetano na ligal ang nasabing hakbang habang iligal ang Napoles pork barrel scam.

“Ang nangyari kay Napoles, peke ‘yung mga delivery, ninakaw ang pera. Hindi naman crime ‘yung Napoles na may foundation e, hindi naman crime sa Napoles na meron kang hawak na government funds,” sabi naman ni Cayetano.

“Tanong mo nga kay Senador Lacson ‘yung account niya? Hindi ba sa account niya galing din sa gobyerno para sa opisina niya? So pareho ba ng Napoles ‘yun?” paliwanag pa ni Cayetano.

“Eh private ‘yung account niya ‘di ba? Pero dahil senador siya, may fund siya na nili-liquidate with the signature. So is that also Napoles? So ang layo ‘di ba?,” dagdag pa nito.
