Lumagda ang International basketball Federation (FIBA) ng promotional partnership sa Go For Gold Philippines na nangungunang lottery scratch card brand sa bansa na gawa ng Powerball Marketing & Logistics Corporation ilang araw pa lang ang nakararaan sa Mies, Switzerland.
Nangangahulugan na ang pagtatambal na epektibo agad at nagkaloob sa Go For Gold na magpatakbo ng promosyon na may kaugnayan sa pandaigdigang kompetisyon ng FIBA sa Pilipinas hanggang Hunyo 30, 2020.
Ayon kay Powerball vice president for marketing Jeremy Randell Go, layunin ng Go For Gold program na mahimok ang mas maraming kabataang indibidwal na magpakita ng gilas sa pamamagitan ng sports at kinasangkutan na rin ang proyekto niya ng maraming sports sa ‘Pinas.
Nais din ng new partnership na mapasigla ang Pilipino basketball fans kaugnay ng 18th FIBA World Cup 2019 sa China sa Agosto 31-Setyembre 15, kung saan kalahok ang Gilas Pilipinas Men sa ikalawang sunod na edisyon ng tuwing apat na taong kompetisyon.
