Nag-post si Gohing sa kanyang Instagram ng isang video nitong Huwebes upang i-demo ang kanyang workout routine.
“I’ve been getting requests to share my workouts. Sharing to you guys my beach workout last weekend. 5 – 10 minutes Beach run 10 reps 3 sets, Squats, Burpess, Plank kick back to knee tuck, Bear crawl sideways, Bear crawl forward, 3 sets Side shuffle, Sprint and back pedal,” instruction ni Gohing.
May pahabol ang maganda, makinis, byuti, 28 taon gulang at may taas na 5-3 na dalagang balibolista sa kanyang mga follower.
