Inumpisahan ng Philam Life-7s Football League ang youth division sa third season ng liga nitong Linggo sa McKinley Hill Stadium.
Layon ng liga na mapalakas ang grassroots level ng football sa bansa sa pamamagitan ng youth clubs.
Kontento si league founder Anton del Rosario sa turnout ng youth league sa Day 1 lalo’t maraming teams ang sumali.
“When it comes down to it, all the teams, the games were exciting. We got to see a lot of talent out there with the kids which is amazing and which is what I want to see,” ani del Rosario.
Apat na age groups ang ikinasa, kalaunan ay dadagdagan pa kung kinakailangan.
“Right now we have four age groups: U9, U11, U13 and U15, and we are probably going to keep it at that and then if we can find more time, I guess maybe next season or something, then maybe we’ll add a girls division or second division,” dagdag ni del Rosario.
Nilalaro ang Philam Life-7s Football League Youth Division sa McKinley Hill Stadium tuwing Linggo, 2 p.m. kasunod ang Seniors Division games ng 6 p.m.
