Pansamantalang isasara ang ilang bahagi ng Novaliches District Hospital upang isailalim sa disinfection simula Mayo 26 hanggang 28 dahil sa mga empleyadong nagpositibo sa COVID-19.
Base sa abiso ng local na pamahalaan ng Quezon City magsasagawa ng disinfection sa critical areas ng ospital, kasama ang mga ward, emergency room at admitting area.
Dahil dito ay inatasan ang mga frontliner na nakasalamuha ng nagpositibong mga pasyente na mag-self-quarantine.
“Critical areas will undergo wall-to-wall disinfection, particularly wards, emergency room and admitting areas. Other frontliners who have been in close contact with those who tested positive for the virus will continue to undergo self-quarantine during the temporary shutdown.” base sa inilabas na advisory.
Ligtas at mananatiling bukas ang emergency room ng nasabing ospital. Bukas din ang Quezon City General Hospital at Rosario Maclang-Bautista General Hospital para sa mga outpatient at iba pang medical concern.
“We would like to assure the public that the emergency room is safe and will remain open to attend to those needing immediate attention and care.
