Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay magsasama sa isang concert ang mga Viva artists na sina James Reid, Sam Concepcion at Billy Crawford and they are all excited about this.
Sa ginanap na presscon ng nasabing concert titled “The Cr3w Live in Concert” last Thursday, pinaka-excited sa lahat si Billy dahil ito ang kanyang pagbabalik sa concert scene matapos niyang magpahinga sa music for 10 years para bigyang-daan naman ang isa pa niyang talent which is hosting. But of course, singing naman daw talaga ang kanyang passion at masaya siya now that he’s back.
Bukod sa pagpapakita ng kanilang sari-sariling husay sa pagpe-perform, isa sa malaking catch din ng concert ay ang mga guests na sina Nadine Lustre, Coleen Garcia (na other half nina James and Billy respectively) at Yassi Pressman na obviously ay for Sam.
Ayon kay Billy, ito ang first time na makakasama niya mag-perform ang kanyang misis pero surprise raw ang kanilang gagawin at ayaw pa niyang sabihin.
As for James, kahit parati silang nagkakasama ni Nadine sa isang concert, excited siya for this one dahil mayroon daw silang gagawin for the first time.
“I’m excited to have Nadine coz there’s a very special song which we will perform for the first time in a concert,” sey ni James.
As for Sam naman na si Yassi ang napili niyang maging guest, aniya, “unlike the two of them (James and Billy), meron silang significant other, I’m really glad that I got Yassi to say yes and agree to be a part of the show with me.”
Ayon pa sa singer, si Yassi raw ang perfect choice na naisip niya dahil aside from being a great actress, she’s also a good performer and singer.
Sa concert ay marami raw surprises na mangyayari at ang puwede nilang sabihin sa ngayon, they’ll be performing their old and new singles plus performances from the 3 of them altogether at siyempre, hindi mawawala ang sayawan.
“Ang gusto naming show, seamless, so it would be straight all the way,” say ni James.
“It’s a big party,” sabi naman ni Billy.
Gaganapin ang “The Cr3w” concert sa April 5, Friday, 8pm sa Araneta Coliseum, produced by Viva Live, Inc.

James umalma sa mga nagsabing walang ‘K’ maging hurado
Samantala, sa nasabing presscon ay nahingan ng reaksyon si James tungkol sa pangba-bash ngayon sa kanya ng ilang netizens na wala raw siyang karapatang maging judge ng Search for the Idol Philippines ng ABS-CBN.
“I don’t wanna look at the comments, I’m sure I understand what they’re saying but like what I said before, I had my own insecurities as a judge before becoming a judge of ‘Idol Phillipines.’
“But they got me for a reason coz I made it in my own area, my own field in showbiz industry, coz they see talent in me.
“I have my own opinion and you’re entitled to your own opinion,” pahayag ni James.
Ipinagtanggol din siya ni Billy na siyang tumatayong host ng “Idol Philippines.”
“Ang pinaka-importante rito is guys, you have to be proud of our own talent na pinapasikat natin hindi lang dito para sa buong mundo.
“So, I think people need to stop, take a look at themselves in the mirror and really ask a question – ‘perfect ba tayo?’ You know what I’m sayin’?
“Everybody’s entitled to their own opinion but you know what? I’m happy that I’m working with this guy sa ‘Idol’ and he’s excited to do ‘Idol’ as well,” pagtatanggol ni Billy.
Dagdag pa niya, producer daw si James at may sariling label.
“I mean, what else do you need if you’re a musician? You need a label,” sey pa ni Billy.
