Pagkatapos mabasura sa Makati City Prosecutor’s Office ang kasong qualified theft na isinampa ni Kris Aquino laban kay Nicko Falcis, ngayon naman ay sa Pasig City Prosecutors Office.
Si Nicko ay dating project manager at managing director ng Kris Cojuanco Aquino Productions.
Makikita sa Instagram story ni Nicko ang tatlong emoticon na nagdarasal at mga salitang OFFICIALLY DISMISSED PASIG CITY.
Sa resolution dated February 15, dinismis umano ni Senior Asst. City Prosecutor Aileen C. Sabare ang reklamo ni Aquino sa kakulangan ng ebidensya. Kini-claim ni Kris na diumano’y ginamit ni Falcis ang credit card ng kanyang production company na P129,680.
Ayon sa desisyon ng korte, “it appears that the credit card used by respondent was neither stolen, lost, expired, revoked, cancelled, suspended or obtained with intent to defraud.”
“The credit card was voluntarily issued to respondent under his name.
“Thus, when the respondent used the credit card for purchases at Lucendi and Toby’s Estate in Pasig City, the credit card cannot be considered as unauthorized within the tenets cited by law.”
