Nagbaon si John Wall ng 20 points at may 14 ­assists upang iabante ulit ang fourth seeded Wizards sa best of seven Eastern Conference series 3-2.

Bumato pa si Otto Porter ng 17 points at sinalpak ang 9 of 10 free throws para sa  Wizards, na nakaeskapo­ uli sa kabila na nangamote sa gabi sa shooting sa three point line habang naka-22 of 27 free throws.

Ang nagwagi sa games three at four sa balwarte ­nilang Hawks sa average margin na 14 points ang ­maghu-host ng game six sa Linggo.

Target ng Wizards na maging first road team na manalo sa labanan sa serye.

“We know that we just gave up two games (sa ­Atlanta),” daldal ni Beal. “At home we have a different edge about ourselves and we’re more locked in. We have to have the same approach down in Atlanta.”

Tumiris si Dennis Schroder ng 29 pts. at 11 assists sa panig ng fifth-seeded Hawks.

Kumalkal si Paul Millsap ng 21 points at 11 ­rebounds at nakakamkam si Tim Hardaway ng 15 pts. para sa Hawks, na nagbuslo ng 41 percent sa field at 14 of 21 sa free throw line.

Plano ng Wizards sa game ang double team kay Millsap, pero nakatikim pa rin ito ng 19 points sa fifth straight game.

“We tried to put pressure on him,” tinig ni Porter. “We definitely wanted to get it out of his hands early and go from there.”

Ang fifth three-pointer ni Schroder ang gumupit sa abante ng Wizards sa 101-99 sa 70 seconds remaining, pero tumugon si Wall ng jump shot sa sumunod na possession ng Washington. Kabyos tapos ang Hawks sa kanilang final two attempts sa field.
