“In 2016, through a thorough review of the record of the case with SEC, I discovered that respondents Cabangis, Rey, Aguilar, Jacob, Peralta, LBP and LBP officers conspired to defraud the Uniwide Group of Companies. Such fraudulent acts were manifested by posting of collaterals which have excessive worth as against the loan amount supposed to be secured by mortgage and pledge, and the apparent rigged and manipulated dacion en pago involved in the rehabilitation proceedings. I have discussed the matter with Mr. (Jimmy) Gow, who thereafter realized that he was actually defrauded by the herein respondents as the then President of the Uniwide Group,” ayon sa complaint -affidavit ni Arranza.
