7:00 p.m. — Star vs. Rain or Shine

“The good thing about the playoffs is everything is back to zero and what’s important is how well you play now,” giit ni Black.

“We haven’t been consistent the whole conference, but they showed character in our last game and we hope that game gave us the confidence going up against a strong team like Star,” ani RoS coach Caloy Garcia.

Tinapos ng TNT ang elimination round sa 8-3 card at napadpad sa No. 4, nalubog sa No. 5 ang Meralco sa 7-4.

“We are up against an experienced and talented team in TNT so we will have to play at a high level,” dagdag ni Black.

“Defense will once again be the key for us to slow down the KaTropa and pick up a win because it would be difficult to engage them in a high-scoring contest.”

“We need to match Meralco’s hustle and intensity to have a good chance in Game 1,” lahad ni KaTropa coach Nash Racela.
