Dear Ma’am,
Greetings of Peace!
I have read the OWWA Memo No.010 Series of 2016 dated August 19, 2016, which introduced amendments to the Implementing Guidelines on the Relief Assistance Program (RAP) for affected OFWs in Saudi Arabia.
By virtue of the above-mentioned OWWA’s MOI, we may ask your confirmation if the the OFWs working for the below listed companies are now covered of OWWA’s RAP based on my previous emails suggesting that these OFWs from the below companies be included as they also have not receive their unpaid wages and end of service benefits or were similarly situated just like the OFWs from 9 companies identified per OWWA MOI No. 008. These companies are Al Samama, Galaxy Light, Arabian Bemco, and Al Jalal, with an estimated 2,100 OFWs affected on top of the 11,000 OFWs from the 9 companies.
1. Galaxy Light Company
2. Samama Company in various job sites Kingdom-wide
3. Arabian Bemco
4. Al Jalal Company
5. IMAN-Co
6. SBG-Alumco in Hofuf jobsite
The undersigned will highly appreciate your reply.
For and on behalf of the distressed and stranded OFWs,
Sincerely,
(Sgd) John Leonard Monterona
