Nirehistro ni Clyde Mondilla ang huling 66 para sa one-stroke victory sa US$60,000 ICTSI Manila Southwoods Championships kahapon sa Carmona, Cavite.

Nakipagdikdikan si Mondilla para itarak ang 22-under 266 at ungusan sina Miguel Tabuena at Tony Lascuña sa titulo.

“I’m so happy to beat our top two players but I learned a lot from them,” wika ni Mondilla na nagbulsa ng US$10,500.

Nagtala si Lascuña ng 67, tumipa ng 70 tungo sa 267 si Tabuena.

“I knew then that I could beat them with my power but it also helped that both of them missed a couple of birdie putts in the closing holes,” dagdag ni Mondilla.

Pumalo si Orlan Sumcad ng 65 para lumanding sa fourth place sa 270, pang-lima si Elmer Salvador na may 271 matapos ang 68 nito.

Nagsalo sa seventh na may tig-273 sina Zanieboy Gialon, Mhark Fernando at Peter Stojanovski.
