Isinulong ni Magdalo Para sa Pilipino party-list Rep. Manuel Cabochan III ang pagtatayo ng job placement offices (JPOs) o Trabaho Centers sa mga public high school, state university at mga kolehiyo na magbibigay ng career service sa mga kabataan.
