Sinisingil ng Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) ang Megaworld Corp. ni Andrew Tan ng P37.2 milyon bilang interes dahil hindi nito ni-remit sa tamang panahon ang benta sa mga condominium unit ng ahensiya sa Sarasota at Pinecrest sa Newport City.
