“I will not file a complaint. We just wanted them to play clean and no physicality because we’re also friends,” giit ni Kong.
“I’m happy but at the same time disappointed since there were allegations on my win. We played fair and clean and we won with a 12-minute margin,” tugon pa niya sa kumpetisyon na binalangkas ng Philippine Swimming, Inc.
Nakasapaw naman ang 16-year-old University of Cebu student na si Indaya sa oras na 1:31:40 kontra kina Lyka Cardinal (1:31:49) at national triathlon team member Karen Andrea Manayon (1:49:53).
Winners sina Antonne Villahermosa (52:59) sa men’s 3K competitive, Loren Dale Echavez (56:00) sa 3K women’s competitive, Rafael John Dacaldacal (1:25:47) sa 6k fun mixed, at Jan Nino Rosales (50:47), Renz Wynn Corbin sa 3k fun mixed.
