“We look at the quarterfinals as much as possible,” saad ni Foton Italian head coach Fabio Menta.

“Blocking will be the key to the game,” ani Menta, “Hong Kong and any other teams will be a big obstacle if we do not perform at blocking. So, one game at a time, day after day, we can have our tallest player, Jaja (Santiago), understand the new schemes and improve the mechanism.”

“We are working very hard on every single detail and everyone is focused,” ani Menta. “But Jaja trained only once while Jov (Gonzaga) trained three times. We will not be perfect.”

Nasa line-up ng Foton sina American imports Ariel Usher at Lindsay Stalzer, guest players Aby Marano ng F2 Logistics, Jen Reyes ng Petron at Jovelyn Gonzaga ng RC Cola-Army. Makakasama nila sina Santiago, Rhea Dimaculangan, Maika Ortiz, Patty Orendain, EJ Laure, Angeli Araneta, Bia General, Ivy Perez at Cherry Rondina.
