Galing mismo kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang ideya ng pagkakatalaga kay Mocha Uson bilang assistant secretary ng Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

Inihayag ng Pangulo na walang masama sa pagkakahirang niya kay Uson sa bagong posisyon nito.

Sa katunayan, aniya, ay matalino at mahusay magsalita si Uson. Hindi rin, aniya, problema kung ito ay isang mananayaw.

“(Whose idea was it? Sa appointment Uson?) Mine. Mine. There’s nothing wrong with the woman or the girl. She’s bright.

She’s articulate… and if it just a matter of dancing, she was not dancing naked. She was – during the campaign – a little bit sexier than the other.
